Their commission followed a failed attempt to sell the property through another Mt Eden real estate company in late 2006.

Coming in over the top of a previously failed marketing campaign is a challenge and Charlotte and James rose to this challenge. When our property failed to sell at auction following a successful marketing campaign the resolve of Charlotte and James to sell 66a Grange Road increased and it is this aspect of their service that I find most commendable.
It is my impression that the success of Charlotte and James Marshall is contributed to by two individuals, not afraid to work as a team that collectively provides energy and enthusiasm for the goal that is greater than the sum of its parts.
